As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, BHAM is here to help serve as a thriving hub for creativity and connection through music with no barriers—where anyone, from seasoned musicians to enthusiastic beginners, can access the resources they need to: Learn, Practice & Rehearse, Create & Record, Perform, and Connect with music.
In a city with hundreds of bands and only a handful of rehearsal spaces, BHAM stands out as a vital resource dedicated to underserved modern music genres like Rock, Pop, Electronic, and Hip-Hop. Our commitment to inclusivity and equity means we offer sliding scale pricing and financial aid programs to ensure that everyone can engage with music, regardless of their background.
We are filling a crucial gaps in our community with a focus on providing rehearsal and recording studios for bands/musicians, and expanding affordable music education lessons and programs.

At BHAMS, we’ve removed the high cost of professional production to ensure that every artist—regardless of genre or budget—has access to high-fidelity recording, mixing, and mastering services. Officially known as Studio 101, our facility is a creative sanctuary for the Bellingham music community.
